1. Refill Eligibility: To be eligible for the refills, you must have our Glow Tea Light Bulb.

2. Refill Time Limit: Members can only refill once every two hours. 

3. How to Redeem: Whenever you need a refill, just bring your light bulb and give your phone number to our staff. They'll assist you with the redemption. Refills can be done once every two hours.

4. Monthly Quota: Remember, you get a total of 12 refills per month. Unused refills don't roll over to the next month.

5. Toppings: Your refill will not include toppings, but can be purchased for an additional fee.

6. Automatic Monthly Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each month. We will charge the subscription fee of $12.99 to your provided payment method monthly unless you cancel.

7. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time. Once paid, the membership fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you have used all your refills or not.
   Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.Cancellations can be made online at OrderToGo.com, under the 'My Account' settings.
